Emails can be a great way to leverage this relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Send Emails from Your Rep&#8217;s Email Address<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s confirmed that customers who receive information from a known sender are more likely to open and engage with content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Avoid Sending From \u201cno-reply\u201d addresses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t make the mistake of sending from a generic email address or third party newsletter.&nbsp; Customers know these are un-manned and usually &#8220;no-reply&#8221; addresses.&nbsp; By sending from a &#8220;real&#8221; person&#8217;s email address you create the expectation of a response and ideally an urgency to open or view the email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Share Your Email Analytics with Your Reps<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine providing your medical reps with a detailed report about what the HCPs have seen and are interested in.&nbsp; Knowing these details can change the focus of their next interaction.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t forget to be relevant about the data you show to your reps, they only need the insightful ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Manage the reps transitions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skilled medical reps can change territory and they\u2019re usually well liked and have built great relationships over the years.
